Adenosine first gained notoriety a decade ago when researchers first noticed that it was astonishingly good at calming our central nervous system, fighting viruses and human hair growth.

Many of us are already aware of the awesome health benefits of Green Tea, but why is it so good for us?

Green Tea is abundant in polyphenols called catechins, specifically gallocatechins (GC), epigallocatechins (EGC), epicatechins (EC) and epigallocatechin gallates (EGCG).
